I was commissioned by the University of Toronto to create cover and intro illustrations for the U of T publication. The key story centred around PHD graduates leaving academia and moving into the jobs market. To illustrate this transition a two-part graduate portrait was created, the left-side showed the graduate in student attire, with a university campus background featuring academic iconography. In contrast the right side showed the same graduate now in professional attire with a city background and business iconography.
